Bitbase has completed a full platform redesign as part of its Bitbase 2.0 upgrade. The exchange rolled out a new logo and visual branding across its website, mobile app, and official channels on November 2, representing Bitbase’s definitive shift from a pure trading platform to a value platform. The updated interface includes core Spot, Futures, TradFi, and Earn services; existing users can see the changes immediately upon login, and new users will encounter the same eye-catching design from their first session.
The redesign also introduces Bitbase Points, a system that tracks trading, holdings, and ongoing use so participants receive a share of points each day according to what they contribute on the platform.
ORIGIN Season Distributes 1 Million Points Each Week Through Daily Settlements
Bitbase opened the ORIGIN season of its Bitbase Points program at 00:00 UTC on November 4. The first season runs for 26 weeks and closes at 23:59 UTC on May 4, 2027. The exchange allocates 1,000,000 points every week, and settlements occur daily at 00:00 UTC.
Each participant receives a share of that day’s points equal to their share of the day’s total contribution. For example, a user who accounts for 1% of the day’s contribution receives 1% of the day’s points. Rankings and totals update after each settlement.
New and existing users join automatically once they cross the participation threshold; separate registration is not required. Activity on the app and website counts together. The program is scheduled to run longer than typical one-off trading contests or deposit campaigns, so both new and returning users will have time to build their contributions over the full period.

Contribution Draws From Trading, Holdings, Activity Streaks and Referrals
Bitbase Points reflect four sources of contribution measured together. Spot and futures trading count as a single category; assets held in the account over time form the second factor; and sustained activity tracks consecutive qualifying trading days. The fourth factor is the invitation bonus: referrers receive an extra 25% of each invitee’s contribution, while the invitee’s own points remain unchanged.
Users can track their progress on the dedicated Bitbase Points page, which displays total points, overall rank, and a countdown to the next settlement. The page also shows points history and the current Trading Identity card. These elements give participants a clear view of how their daily activity translates into points without requiring changes to normal trading habits.
Existing Users Receive Alpha Points as Trading Identity Card Launch Approaches
Existing Bitbase users received Alpha points on November 3, allocated in line with their prior contributions. These points sit in the same total and ranking as points earned during ORIGIN. The allocation recognizes activity that occurred before the season began; new users start from zero and build their contributions from the first day of the season.
Trading Identity cards are due to launch on November 9 and will refresh every Monday through the end of the season. Each card summarizes recent trading behavior and is shareable; seven labels will appear during the first season, and users can download or share the card directly from the points page on web or mobile. The cards also sit alongside the points total and rank, giving participants a visual record of their activity style each week.
Daily Allocation and Broader Contribution Factors Differentiate the Program
ORIGIN follows the same 26-week length and 1,000,000 weekly points structure as Hyperliquid’s first points season, along with the same 25% referral rate. However, settlement works differently, as ORIGIN credits points daily at 00:00 UTC rather than on a weekly schedule. Contribution includes holdings and sustained activity in addition to trading volume, and users trade on the standard app or website without connecting a wallet.
The new Bitbase Points program will record everyday platform use and allocate points on a daily cycle through May 4, 2027. A settlement window will then run from May 5 to May 18, with final details to be released in an official announcement.
