As Thursday’s historic price pump in major cryptos eases on Friday, investors are scouring altcoin markets for top crypto performers today that have been able to maintain strong momentum into the weekend.
Bitcoin (BTC) was last going sideways in the $60,000 area, having neared $63,000 late on Thursday.
Other major cryptos including Ethereum (ETH), BNB (BNB) and Solana (SOL) were also trading close to flat, per CoinMarketCap.
XRP (XRP), meanwhile, is down around 8% in 24 hours, as the euphoria from the Ripple/SEC lawsuit settlement fades.

Major cryptos took a battering last weekend and into Monday on US recession worries, geopolitical concerns and a strengthening JPY.
But all three of these negative headwinds have abated this week. US jobs data eased recession concerns, Israel/Iran tensions haven’t escalated, the yen’s rally has reversed.
That explains the market’s abrupt reversal high, which went into overdrive on Thursday.
Now traders are taking a breather. But there are still top crypto performers today that maintain strong momentum, and traders will be watching.

Celestia (TIA)
Data availability blockchain protocol Celestia (TIA) is up an impressive 18% in the past 24 hours, per CoinMarketCap.
Last trading at $5.60, TIA is currently probing its 50DMA, which has acted as a strong resistance level for most of the year.
Should this level be decisively broken, an abrupt move back towards support-turned-resistance in the $8.0 area.
Sui (SUI)
Sui (SUI) seems to be one step ahead of Celestia, having broken above its 50DMA and eyeing a change in trend.
SUI is one of the top crypto performers today, up over 17% in the past 24 hours.
Last at $0.85, a move above $1.0 appears to be on the cards.

Zcash (ZEC)
Privacy coin Zcash (ZEC) just broke above key long-term resistance in the $35 area, and has vaulted to multi-year highs.
Last up 11% on Friday, per TradingView, it is a top crypto performer today.
The ZEC bulls will be targeting a test of resistance at $43 in the coming sessions.
