OpenSea Introduces New Zero-fee NFT Aggregator Platform

  • The marketplace rebranded Gem to “OpenSea Pro” after acquiring it in April last year.
  • OpenSea Pro would provide professional collectors more freedom of choice and flexibility.

OpenSea, a leading NFT marketplace, unveiled a new aggregator platform with “deepest liquidity” and “fastest speeds,” as well as $0 costs for a limited time. This comes after intense competition from Blur.

OpenSea rebranded the marketplace from Gem to “OpenSea Pro” after acquiring it in April of last year. This is an effort to win over Blur’s usual fan base, which skews young and liberal and includes many pro-traders.

Today, we’re excited to unveil OpenSea Pro (previously Gem v2) – the fastest and most powerful NFT marketplace aggregator in the industry! Some history in the 🧵below https://t.co/bjpBKSyNZo

The official statement claims that OpenSea Pro would provide professional collectors more freedom of choice and flexibility of action. The business claims that its refined NFT marketplace will launch with a new set of features. That will make it easier for collectors to find the greatest offers and insights in 170 different markets. Collectors will have access to high-tech resources that cater to their automated requirements.

More Features and Improvements

The “pro” edition offers more features, such as improved inventory management, faster sales, and the lowest possible gas prices, in addition to “live cross-marketplace data” and advanced orders. In addition to these improvements, a number of other new features have been added.

OpenSea was designed to appeal to enthusiasts, collectors, and crypto newbies alike. Nevertheless, OpenSea Pro was created with the intention of catering to advanced users, who make up a significant portion of the modern ecosystem.

Moreover, OpenSea Pro has said that it would prioritize meeting the varying requirements of its consumers by providing a variety of interfaces, features, and pricing plans. The new market is designed to work with mobile devices.
